Over the last 25 years I have expanded and developed my skills in many types of massage. I am committed to enhancing my craft to maintain a balanced practice and help my client’s individual needs. I provide massage therapy for physical and emotional wellness for all ages.

Reiki

is an approach to move, stimulate and balance your energy within your body. This technique is very gentle. It enhances healing and reduces pain, stress and anxiety. It has been used for thousands of years to treat symptoms of illnesses, relieve muscle tension, and improves poor circulation.

Reflexology

views the hands, feet and ears as mirrors reflecting the conditions of whole body. While working on the points of the feet, hands and ears, reflexology uses gentle massage techniques to unblock and dissipate stored blockages and pain.

Massage

stimulates the muscular system, releases toxins from the tissues, promotes flexibility and relieves tension. Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, friction and stretching and stripping, are some of the techniques that are used to promote synergistic combinations for maximum effectiveness.

Myofascial Release

is a hands on, specialized manual therapy that releases the fascial system (the three-dimensional web connecting every muscle, organ, and cell in your body). This therapy treats your entire body, helping to restore balance to restricted fascia.

Tuning Fork & Singing Bowl Therapy

is vibrational healing. These instruments can reduce feelings of tension and induce a state of deep relaxation. Sound healing uses high-intensity, low-frequency vibrations to benefit wellness.

Lymphatic Massage

uses light strokes to help pump and move interstitial fluid and blood cells out of extremities that lay dormant through the lymphatic system. Gentle, rhythmic movements promote better lymphatic uptake and drainage.

Facial & Neck Massage

incorporates massage techniques using a Kansa Wand, a wooden tool with a round metal end, gently rolls over the facial muscles. In addition, other massage techniques are used to help release restrictions in the face, jaw and neck.

CranioSacral Therapy

balances the CranioSacral system (CST), which includes the membranes and Cerebral Spinal fluid (CSF) that surround and flow through and protect the spinal cord and brain. Gentle manual techniques are used to release problem areas and relieve pressure of the brain and spinal cord.

Raindrop Technique

uses a blend of therapeutic essential oils and a series of massage strokes. The muscles will loosen, and the spine is able to realign, straighten, and release bacteria and viruses which might lay dormant. This technique helps spine curvatures; such as scoliosis and general pain.
